Fall Time

Everywhere else in the States it is getting seasonally colder. Here in San Francisco we look forward to the Fall time as the sunny and warm time of year. How funny and strange it is. The smell of Fall time is in the air yet the days are clear and sunny, more than anyother time of year. Oakland has been sweaty and hot during the past few days. What a drastic contrast to the stories I am hearing from friends on the East Coast who are not excited about the insistant arrival of winter just around the corner.
These days I am focusing on the joys of life, the clear view of San Francisco from across the Bay. The building standing silhouetted against the blue sky, twin peaks and the Golden Gate Bridge. What an amazing view.
Yeah Laurel, summer is over here :( well it never gets too cold here, but chilly is not very nice when you are not used to it!
